Main Street Fayetteville held its first Scarecrow Contest within the Main Street Corridor. Business and Non-profits participated, and the public voted for their favorites. Friends of the Historic Fayetteville Cemetery tied for 2nd place out of all the participants. We are very proud of our Scarecrows having a funeral. The Priest, the widow, and the mourners were dressed in full outfits, including jewelry and shoes.
